Catering Consultant - Healthcare

An opportunity exists for a Catering Consultant to develop business with both potential and existing customers within the Healthcare market in the North of England and Scotland.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager, the core day to day responsibilities will be:

> To identify new business opportunities within their territory that fit existing healthcare strategy and convert these into customers.

> To maintain and develop business with existing customers.

> To support other members of the healthcare team as necessary - including new business implementations.

> Effectively promote the brand via active involvement in local/national trade events.

> To achieve sales growth of circa £250k within the first year.

The successful candidate will be establishing long term relationships with customers on their territory and developing a reputation for knowledge and integrity with all NHS Catering Managers so that they are the first person a catering manager will come to if they are considering conversion to a Cook Chill/ Cook Freeze Meals System.

The post holder will have proven sales experience preferably from a catering background at middle management level. A self motivated and resilient individual with well developed influencing skills and relationship building skills.
