The role of the Training and Operations Manager is unique to apetito, proving that we are a forward thinking and innovative Company. A role which is essential in ensuring that food is at its best at the point of service and to provide patients with a consistently high quality meal service which meets their needs in terms of nutrition and dietary requirements.

Dedicated Training & Operations Manager

This role is to provide operational support and training throughout the life cycle of the contract; to help and assist apetito customers achieve optimum results through implementation of best practice, training and regular reviews and audits

Therefore providing the time to concentrate on individual customers’ requirements, implementing systems and carrying out training according to the individual needs of the site.

The aim of the every division within apetito is to build a ‘unique Solution’ for each Customer. Once we have established the correct mixture of products, systems and service solutions we then provide continual training, support and assist through out the life cycle of the contract.
