Area Manager - London based

We are seeking an Area Manager - London Based, to be responsible for a number of contracts within the Community Meals division in and around the London area. You will achieve budgets and targets for the area, recruit and train the best Contract Managers, carry out regular business reviews and develop excellent relationships across the company, internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the division and company strategy by leading and motivating the team through continuous improvement initiatives.  The Area Manager will support and encourage the Contract Managers to own and control the day to day operational issues, whilst focusing their attention on the strategic goals and objectives.

Reporting directly into the Head of Operations, the Area Manager will need to have independence and motivation to own and solve their own issues.

You may be assigned with project work or areas of responsibility that do not simply affect your own team or area, but rather the division and/or the company as a whole and on these occasions you will be expected to work effectively across not only the division but also the company.
