New Franchisee Development Manager - Wiltshire Farm Foods

Due to continued business expansion, Wiltshire Farm Foods require a New Franchisee Development manager to provide mobilisation support for new franchises and operational support for current franchises.

This role will involve leading key projects through strategic commercial planning and implementation, including the mobilisation of resale franchise territories, recruitment of new franchisees, franchise business development and development of new systems & operational procedures and processes.

Key aspects of the role include:

Managing members of staff and taking the lead with strategic commercial projects

 

Managing the recruitment process for new franchisees from start to finish – working closely with the WFF Director

 

Mobilisation of new franchise areas. Providing training and on-site support to new franchisees, requires a “hands on” approach

 

Provide support and guidance to in-house franchises

 

Ideally you will be a graduate with demonstrable business/marketing experience in a commercial environment.
