- Your Customer Service Advisor has a back-up team and structure to ensure queries are dealt with promptly

- If you are not satisfied with any products we will replace them free of charge.
- We will let you know of any problems immediately and respond promptly and efficiently.
- We set high standards, monitor continually and constantly look for ways to improve.
A Personal Service for you,
Each and every customer has a personal Customer Service Advisor who is dedicated to the smooth running of your account. Here’s how.
- They are knowledgeable about your company and product range
- They will aim to establish a professional relationship to encourage better service and customer understanding
- They will be contactable on a direct telephone number or by calling the Customer Service Centre on 0870 60 52 293
- They will call you straight back if they are engaged.
- They will advise other members of the team if they are unavailable
- They will be on hand during normal office hours; Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm
