Navision Trainer

A vacancy has arisen within the Information Technology team for a Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION business system trainer.  The trainer will identify and deliver training services with the aim of maximising the potential of the business system. The successful applicant will promote best practise from both an efficiency of use perspective, and demonstrate the use of management information data for the generation of key performance indicators for both business performance and marketing usage. Training will take the form of specific or regional events, and may be performed either in a one to one or one to many formats. The role will encompass the organisation of travel, accommodation and training venue where appropriate.

The trainer will be responsible for proactively marketing and encouraging franchisee participation at the training events, and will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of all training activities, user manuals, training materials, conducting customer training satisfaction surveys and the identification, recording and feedback, to the apetito development team, of any development suggestions from the franchisee network.  The trainer will work closely with other departments to share best practise and identify specific training needs.

This is an exciting and challenging role which will involve working with a diverse and geographically widespread audience and as such will require a large element of working away from the office. The ability to communicate and promote best practise will be a key factor in the success of this role.
