Production Team Leader

This is an exciting role which involves supporting the Sweets Management team in the day to day running of all aspects of the Sweets Department on 0600-1400 shift.  The role requires a self motivated individual who is committed to supporting the team achieve targets and following good manufacturing practices.

The successful candidate will preferably have the following skills and personal qualities:

Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment

Work on own initiative and as part of a team

Ability and willingness to learn as the role requires a diverse range of skills

Flexibility and adaptability are important in this fast moving and changing environment

Demonstrate previous experience/examples of successful problem solving
