Graham Forrester has worked in Manufacturing at apetito Ltd since 2004. He studied at Bristol University, gaining an MSC in Food Science.

His first role was with the fast food giants McDonalds. As a Quality Control Manager/Product Development he travelled extensively and gained varied experience. He then left to join Geest . within the chilled foods division and within a short period had been promoted to Factory Manager of a large business producing Salads, Soups and Dips. 5 years later he joined Dairy Crest plc. as a Site Manager where he helped develop the Clover and Country Life Brands.

Graham regularly completes triathlons and is trying to master the world of flat-water kayaking.
