apetito’s ground-breaking new range of soft and pureed food enables people with dysphagia or other swallowing difficulties to enjoy tasty, nutritious and visually appealing meals.

We have over 50 delicious soft and pureed meals and desserts developed for people with dysphagia and dementia who experience eating and swallowing difficulties.

The meals are created to ensure a consistent level of texture and nutrition and meet the texture modified categories B, C and D.  The meals also meet the Health of the Nation Association for Care Caterers (NACC) standards.

Our ground breaking moulds ensure the meals retain their shape even after cooking so people are presented with a plate of food that looks visually appealing.

Pureed Soups (Category B)Pureed Soups

Our range includes 3 great tasting, nutritious soups with a smooth, thin and uniform consistency.  All of our pureed soups are high in protein and energy dense containing more than 12g of protein and 250 kcal.

 

 

Pureed MealsPureed Meals (Category C)
Our ground-breaking range includes 24 pureed meals, all moulded to give a natural appearance and retain their shape even after cooking. We have invested significantly in machinery and technologies to produce great tasting, visually appealing meals which have a smooth and thick puree texture with a uniform consistency.

 

Soft Diet MealsSoft Diet Meals (Category D)
Our range includes 19 soft diet meals, created to provide meals that require little chewing but provide some texture variation.  We have taken particular care to create colourful visually appealing meals with distinctive flavours. 

 

 

Pureed DessertsPureed Desserts (Category C)
Our range includes 9 delicious hot desserts, good enough to tempt even the poorest of appetites.  Suitable for both category C and category D diets, all of our pureed desserts contain over 200 kcal.
