Paul Freeston is Chairman & Chief Executive of apetito UK & Canada and a member of the main apetito International Board. He is also actively involved in wider issues affecting health and social care.
Graham Forrester has worked in Manufacturing at apetito since 2004. He studied at Bristol University, gaining an MSC in Food Science. His first role was with fast food giants McDonalds as a Quality Control Manager and then within Product Development where he travelled extensively and gained varied experience.
Lee has been Director of Public Policy and External Affairs since 2014 and has spent 20 years working across a variety of roles at apetito, with extensive experience in Community Meals, Foodservice, Healthcare and Care Homes. He read Economics and Business Finance at Brunel University.
Richard joined apetito in July 2002, having come via Coopers and Lybrand, Natwest Corporate, Pioneer Concrete, and RAC. Richard studied at Bath University in German, French and European Studies.
Ian Stone joined apetito in September 2003, as Managing Director of the apetito Foodservice business. Prior to apetito, Ian spent 8 years working for Nestle UK and 6 years with Pritchitt Foods, a major independent dairy processor. Most latterly at Pritchitts, Ian had been Sales and Marketing Director.
