apetito care home food service: how it works

Our care home food service is incredibly simple.  Delivered directly to your kitchen either twice a week, weekly or fortnightly as required, each day's meals are packed in individual crates for easy storage. To serve, the meals need to be heated for either 45 or 90 minutes as instructed.  It couldn't be simpler!

When you appoint apetito, you will be assigned a dedicated Client Development Manager who will work with you to ensure your move to apetito is a smooth one.  We will develop a menu for your care home incorporating all your residents needs, whether this comprises diets for elderly people or for younger care home residents.  Our team will also be on-site for the first few days of service to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our team provide training for your staff to ensure all of your staff understand the apetito system.  We also provide a comprehensive welcome pack providing everything you need to run your service.

We also offer picture menus for residents, which have been shown to help people with dementia make meal decisions, ensuring they eat well and stay healthy.

After signing up to apetito care home food we can have you up and running within four weeks.  And to make sure your transition to our care home food service is a smooth one, we will consistently review your meal service to ensure we  deliver what we promise.
