This means providing support from the outset - and being there for you every step of the way.
Setting up your new service
When you choose our plated meals service, we will prepare a clear plan for setting up your service and supporting you and your patients. You will be assigned a dedicated Training and Operations Manager, who will meet you and your staff to explain how everything works.
Getting you started
We want to ensure your move to apetito is a smooth one. So for the first few days, we will be onsite to monitor the service, ensuring everything runs smoothly and pinpointing any further help you may need. From working the regeneration equipment, to achieving that perfect meal presentation, our team will make sure everyone at ward level understands the system.
Continuous support and development
You’re never alone with apetito. Every member of our team is committed to offering you support whenever you need it. This means establishing an open relationship from day one, listening to your views, sharing best practice and continuously seeking to enhance your service. If you ever need any support or help, all you need to do is pick up the phone.
