We also provide a frozen meal delivery service to the public via our franchise Wiltshire Farm Foods and a community meals delivery service through Local Authorities via apetito Services.

Find out what happens after you've submitted your application to us.

We have a set procedure for recruitment here at apetito and strive to be an equal opportunties employer, ensuring that even from the early stages of the recruitment process everyone is treated fairly.  Below is an outline of our recruitment process:

1.  Applying for a role

All of the vacancies we currently have available are listed in our Current Jobs section.  To apply for a role, simply complete the application form at the bottom of the page for the role you are interested in.

2.  Aptitude assessment

If your application is successful we will invite you to take part in an initial aptitude assessment.

We will ask you to complete SHL online assessments that generally cover:

  • Verbal and Numerical reasoning; or
  • Checking and Calculation

The assessments are set depending upon the level of the role you are applying for.

These tests can be carried out at our main office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire or sent to you via your email address so you can complete them in the comfort of your own home.

3.  Interview stage

If you pass the aptitude assessment we will invite you in for an initial interview with us where we can find out more about you and you will have the opportunity to learn more about us and life at apetito. After this interview we will draw up a shortlist of applicants to go through to the second stage interview where we may ask you to produce additional material to support your application.

4.  Our offer

After a successful second interview we will contact you with an offer and inviting you to join 'team apetito'. We will then discuss next steps,and begin to plan your induction for when you start.

We will obviously keep you informed throughout the entire process and if at any stage you are not successful we will let you know and offer our feedback, but please don’t let this put you off applying for future roles!

We keep on file the details of all applicants who reach the second stage of interviews so if any openings come up that you may be more suited to we'll let you know.
