Summary
Microsoft Navision is the core business application supporting both our meals on wheels service depots and the Wiltshire Farm Foods Franchise Business.
During 2012 we will roll out a new Navision 2009 centralised solutions across the Franchise network and consequently we are seeking to bolster out in-house application support capability.
This role will primarily provide 2nd line application support to the business team to assist with the new developments and changes if required.
Key result areas:
- Able to quickly understand, diagnose and assist users with application related issues
- Issue and problem ownership and management through to resolution
- Proactively police application data to maximise accuracy and availability
- Be a “go-to” person for any application and associated business process issues
- Work collaboratively with the IT team and project teams
- Adhere to SLA’s, managing and prioritising workload to maximise service to users
- Support the 1st line team where needed and use helpdesk tools to record progress with user issues
- Where possible provide self-help solutions to the user community

This is a fabulous role, working as part of a larger IT team, but specifically on a new and exciting roll out.
