Core Benefits

Everyone in team apetito is appreciated, which is why we are all able to enjoy the following great range of Core Benefits. Some of them, such as your annual leave and pension, will apply to you as soon as you join the company, whereas others – such as those relating to parents – will depend on your personal circumstances.

Annual leave

When you join apetito you’ll be given a contract of employment detailing your holiday entitlement, which will clearly outline how many days’ holiday you’ll be able to claim each year.

If you work on a part-time basis, your entitlement to annual leave and bank holidays will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. And because annual leave is accrued over the course of a year, if you join us (or leave) part-way through the ‘holiday year’, this will be adjusted accordingly.

Our holiday year runs from 6th April to 5th April unless otherwise stated.

Bonus scheme

If the company continues to reach its annual performance targets, you’ll receive a share of our success. Your manager can explain how our bonus scheme works.

Professional subscriptions

If you take on a position in team apetito for which membership of a professional body or institution would be essential (or beneficial to the business), we will pay for one annual subscription per year. Your line manager will need to authorise this, so please speak to them in advance, or contact a member of the Learning and Development Team.
