Rewards & Benefits
making the most of your money
We offer a range of tax-efficient benefits such as our Cycle 2 Work scheme, Give As You Earn and childcare vouchers.
Tax-Efficient Benefits
Tax-efficient benefits are valuable government-sponsored initiatives that enable you to pay for some things before the tax (and/or National Insurance) is deducted from your salary.
Cycle 2 Work
Experience the freedom of a bicycle in the reassuring knowledge that you’re doing your bit for the environment, your health, and perhaps even better, your bank balance. As a tax- and NI-free benefit, investing in a bike is well worth a spin. For example, members of team apetito on a salary of £20,000 could save £206.39 on a £500 bike – that’s a discount of over 40 per cent
Give As You Earn
If you would like to donate to charity, you can make your money go even further by donating through our Workplace Giving scheme. If you give just £5 per month, that will result in a £6.25 donation, which can make a real difference to the future of your favourite charity.

Childcare vouchers
We appreciate that childcare is a major consideration for many of team apetito, and that working parents want to provide their children with the highest quality care while keeping costs down. Our helpful childcare scheme allows you to make tax and NI savings on a monthly basis, which could add-up to £738 a year. To find out more about the scheme contact a member of HR.
Salary exchange
This annual scheme offers a great way to increase your take-home pay. With the opportunity to sign up in April each year, you agree to reduce your pay by an amount equal to your pension contribution, and in return, apetito will agree to increase its contribution to your pension scheme by the same amount.
You and apetito will then both pay lower National Insurance Contributions, and all of the saved money will be passed back to you, which will result in you being better-off come pay-day. Your pension, meanwhile, will not be affected.
To put this into perspective, an employee on a salary of £20,000 would take home an extra £88 per year – a slight increase, but worthwhile nonetheless.
