Jayne Whittaker, Training and Operations Manager, Healthcare

After working for apetito for six years, Jayne has a great deal of experience in mobilising cook freeze systems. Before joining apetito she worked as a catering manager and hotel services manager in the NHS.

Natasha Maynard, Development Technologist

Natasha joined apetito in 2009. Based in Trowbridge, Natasha spends most of her time in the Product Development Centre working with our Chefs to launch delicious new recipes.

Phil Rimmer, Head Development Chef

Phil has been working for apetito for over 5 years and is invaluable across all areas of our business. Phil is heavily involved in creating new products and revisiting products in our portfolio.

Abigail Birch, Client Development Manager, Care Homes

Abi has recently joined the care home team as Client Development Manager. Her background is in supplying items to care homes, so she understands the value of a great product and appreciates the importance of good customer service.

Brian La Combre, Catering Consultant, Local Authorities

Brian is now in his 12th year at apetito and as Catering Consultant for Northern England and Scotland has spent much of that time travelling between Cumbria and the Cairngorms.

Simon Myatt, Director Copper County Foods

Simon has worked for apetito for over 7 years, and has recently been promoted to Director of our Copper County Foods brand in Canada.
