apetito celebrates Cateys win

We have beCateysen awarded our second award in as many weeks, for our commitment to Sustainable Business.

Since their inception in 1984, the much-coveted Cateys have cast a spotlight on the industry’s high flyers, and strongest performers. Over quarter of a century, they have become a byword for quality, class and achievement - no wonder then that the industry refers to them as its Oscars night.

Previous winners have included individuals such as Lord Forte, Egon Ronayand, Raymond Blanc and organisations such as Compass, the Ritz and Savoy Hotel. What’s more, in 26 years only one other sponsor has scooped an award!

Jane Carlton Smith, director, Responsible Tourism and Hospitality Consultancy spoke for many judges when she said:

“apetito has worked with consultants to look at the whole supply chain which is innovative.  Their achievement against a wide range of key performance indicators is to be commended”.

Vanessa Scott, director, Strattons Hotel was equally impressed:
