British Frozen Food Federation N-ice Project Success
01 Nov, 2011
Back in August we brought you news about the British Frozen Food Federation's N-ice project. The BFFF opened a pop-up restaurant for one week in August which served fine cuisine to over 600 diners.
The restaurant served signature dishes from Great British Menu's chef Atul Kochhar and Something For The Weekend chef Simon Rimmer, using nothing but frozen ingredients.
The project aimed to dispel the myth of frozen food as an inferior ingredient and that frozen food can be used to create good quality, delicious dishes.
