Great food to be proud of

Whether it’s fish, flour or West Country Farmhouse Cheddar, we go above and beyond to sustainably source ingredients for the health of both people and the planet.

For us, sustainability is as important as origin

Supporting British Farming

We’re proud to support the British food and farming industry.

Every year we spend the majority of our purchasing budget with British and Irish suppliers; all of which meet our high standards for quality and assurance.

Farm Assured British and Irish beef

100% of the beef (excluding corned beef) we use in our kitchens at
Trowbridge is sourced from Farm Assured British and Irish farms.

For instance, Alec Jarrett Ltd., has been supplying us with
beef for over 10 years, just 17 miles from our Wiltshire HQ.

Tracey Cottage Farm Bristol
Fish

100% Sustainable Fish

All the fish we use in our Wiltshire kitchens is sustainable,
as specified by the Marine Conservation Society, also, 100% of the wild fish we source is certified by the Marine Stewardship Council.

Only the Highest Standard British Peas

We source our peas from Holbeach Marsh Cooperative in Lincolnshire: a group of 30 farmers committed to growing the best peas since the 1960s. The cooperative is integral to its local community, supporting families and businesses while providing great quality ingredients for the British food industry.
