The Role and Team


This role offers a great opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Graduate, looking for their first step towards a career in Marketing.

Supporting the delivery and implementation of apetito's Healthcare and Nurseries marketing. The successful candidates will work closely with the marketing manager to develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to aid both customer acquisition and retention. The role will include, but not limited to, the development of marketing materials, supporting the annual trade show plan and copy writing and developing customer communications.

In addition, the successful candidate will play a significant role in business critical corporate brand projects, such as supporting on the annual Leadership Conference. Further support of specific projects, working directly with the Head of Marketing, will form the final part of this substantial and stimulating graduate position.

The successful candidate will be highly driven, with a real capacity to learn, and be comfortable self-motivating as well as working in a team environment. They will gain real-life, hands-on, cross channel marketing experience, under guidance from an experienced and friendly team.

Giving Back

Here at apetito, we take our duty to give back to our local communities and chosen charities very seriously. In 2018, we raised over £30,000 for Alzheimer’s Support and Alzheimer’s Society alone, thanks to the incredible efforts of our employees and charity committee. We also support our communities through the apetito Staff Foundation, which gives financial support to the chosen charitable causes of our staff and their children. Since 2005, we’ve raised over £200,000 for these charities.

Community Meals
• Offer full and appropriate Marketing support to the Healthcare and Nurseries business units
• Create clear customer communication strategies to aid in customer engagement and retention.
• Full management and delivery of 12 month show plan, to monitor success and show ROI
• Administrative capabilities

Special projects
• Working directly with the head of marketing on business critical projects and events


• You will have graduated or be studying towards a business or marketing related degree with the expectation that you will receive a 2:1 or above, graduating 2020.
• Proven marketing and business knowledge and understanding
• Well versed in MS Office: with intermediate PowerPoint, intermediate Excel and advanced/intermediate Word

• Previous Marketing or Business experience
• Strong copy writing ability
• CIM or equivalent Marketing qualification
• Driving licence
