You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns in order to gain the above experience, so you will be prepared to work 8 hour shifts across the following shift patterns 6-2 or 2-10pm and occasionally on 22.00-6.00am in order to understand the complexities of our environment e.g. staff, material flows and capacity constraints.
