A Taste of Autumn: apetito Unveils Warming New Dishes for Customer Menus
As the cooler weather starts to roll in, leading meals provider, apetito has refreshed its extensive range of meals with some brand-new products to enhance menus this Autumn.
This exciting expansion sees additions across its core multiportion, CarteChoix and Specialist Nutrition ranges, ensuring to bring new, great tasting dishes to the table for every dietary need.
Within its main range, the meal provider has introduced a Fajita Chicken Mix, featuring a colourful combination of diced chicken, grilled peppers and red onion in a mildly spiced fajita seasoning. An incredibly versatile dish that can be served up in wraps, jacket potatoes, or with rice for a healthy and satisfying option.
Customers can also enjoy a new rich, plant-based Chickpea Curry infused with warming aromatics like cumin, ginger and coriander for a meal that’s packed full of flavour.
Finally, helping to elevate the Fish Friday line-up, apetito has also launched a Premium Battered Haddock which sees a tender and flaky haddock loin coated in a golden, crispy batter – providing that classic chip-shop feel!
apetito has also expanded the variety on offer in its plated CarteChoix range for Healthcare customers, including a Cheesy Garlic Chicken served with parsley tumbled diced potatoes, carrots and broccoli, and a bold and vibrant Jerk Chicken, paired with rice and kidney beans and inspired by Caribbean cuisine.
This Autumn launch brings yet another leading innovation for the business’ Specialist Nutrition range, with the introduction of its first-ever Level 4 Purée savoury pastry dishes – offering an exciting new dining experience for individuals on a texture modified diet. These are a Purée Pastry Topped Steak Pie served with peas, mashed potatoes and a rich gravy, and a Purée Sausage Roll encased in a golden pastry layer.
Those requiring a Level 5 Minced & Moist diet can enjoy a brand-new Hunters Chicken, served with buttery mash and broccoli, as well as a Sweet & Sour Chicken, paired with white rice. The latter is also being introduced into its Level 6 Soft & Bite-Sized range, providing new meal options across all three IDDSI levels.
