Ahead of launching its second collaborative research report with Care England, leading care homes meal provider has released an insightful podcast episode with Professor Martin Green OBE, Chief Executive of Care England, delving into some of the key challenges facing the care sector today.

Hosted by James Leigh, General Manager of Care Homes at apetito, discussions focus on some of the key themes emerging from the research findings, including the challenges care homes are facing in delivering a personalised mealtime approach for residents, both in nutritional care and the dining environment, and how the ongoing recruitment and retention crisis is exasperating catering challenges.
