Your hospital catering consultant

Your catering consultant will work with you from the start. They’ll gather all of your requirements to provide a tailored service that helps you make the most of our products and services. You can expect:

  • A carefully considered business proposal
  • A review of your site to identify requirements
  • Help with menu planning, in particular identifying specialist nutrition
  • Advice from our qualified dietitian
  • A tasting session for key staff

Dedicated training and support

We know that changing services can be unnerving for any catering team, so we provide training on every aspect of the apetito system. From planning menus to serving meals, we’ll ensure a smooth transition from your old service. You can expect:

  • A dedicated mobilisation team and project manager
  • Training of staff from receipt of a delivery through to storing, cooking and serving meals
  • Training on our support tools including eOrdering and Nutridata, our database of ingredients and nutritional values
  • Support from our team on the day you go live
  • Catering manuals, training posters and supporting materials
