How our application process works
Apply online
When you find your perfect role, simply click the ‘Apply now’ button and fill in the online application form. You will be asked to upload your CV and fill in some information about yourself.
Our shortlisting process
Your CV will be assessed against the criteria set out in the job brief. If shortlisted, you will be progressed through to the next stage.
What happens next?
Aptitude assessment
Some of our job roles require an online aptitude assessment. If your application is successful, we’ll invite you to complete this online.
The assessments are set depending on the level of the role you apply for and generally include either verbal and numerical reasoning or checking and calculation.
Interviews
If you pass the assessment or if an assessment is not required, we’ll invite you for an initial interview. It’s a great way for us to find out more about each other.
